As someone who’s passionate about Servant Leadership, I’ve always admired people who can put the needs and goals of others ahead of their own. And I’ve always gleaned lessons from servant leaders in inspirational movies.
Have you seen the original Karate Kid movie? My favorite scene is the very end when Daniel wins the karate tourney. Mr Miyagi is in the background outside the celebration, quietly smiling, knowing he helped Daniel earn his success and step into the spotlight.
